Job Description:

Vesta seeks to hire an experienced, HUD Section 8, LIHTC savvy Property Manager to oversee operations of Highland Terrace, our 124 apartment community in Washington, DC!

You cultivate a supportive team environment and love overseeing and providing the day to day direction of property operations. The Property Manager will oversee and direct the daily property operations; administering Vesta’s standard operating procedures, affordable program compliance and maintenance programs to provide superior resident customer service satisfaction and to achieve the property’s maximum physical and financial performance.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience;
  • 3-5 years of related experience/ proven track record in a similar function;
  • COS Certified Occupancy Specialist and/or CPO Certified Professional of Occupancy certification required.
  • Experience in a supervisory role/capacity required.
  • Background check and drug screen required
